Arte-N Furniture offers delivery to the UK Mainland only; however, certain exclusions apply; please check the diagram below for more information.

What Is The Lead Time?

The standard lead time for in-stock products is 2-3 weeks, depending on the stock level. However, the lead time can vary between 3-10 weeks for products out of stock, depending on the specific product in question. You can locate more information on this on the respective product page.

 

What Are The Delivery Costs?

At this time, Arte-N Furniture is only able to deliver standard orders to Mainland UK. The delivery charge is dependent on the weight of the order, which you can find on the individual product page or at the checkout page. Please refer to the diagram below for confirmation of delivery charges.

What Are The Delivery Terms? 

All orders are to be booked at least 48 hours prior to their expected arrival and it is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that the order details and delivery addresses are accurate. Any sort of personal unavailability and/or parking restrictions should be clarified beforehand to eliminate unnecessary delays. In case there is no recipient at the delivery address, Arte-N will return the goods at their respected warehouse facility and reserve the right to recharge the customer for the delivery again.

Before the acceptance of final goods, it is the responsibility of the customer to visually inspect the packaging and the product to ensure everything is in perfect condition. In case of any damages incurred during the delivery process, it is mandatory for the customer to report the problem at the earliest.

Please acknowledge that Arte-N's delivery service is active all seven days of the week from 6:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M. Unless prearranged, our deliveries are made to residences on the ground floor only. 

You can book additional service if you wish to have it delivered to your property in case you live on 1st floor and above (multi-storey building). This is a subject of £20 charge (1st and 2nd floor) or £40 (3rd and 4th floor). We are unable to deliver to a specific room within a house. The surcharge is to be paid on delivery directly to the drivers and booked with us while placing an order on our B2B platform.
